I didn't have to use the customer service but I received it quickly. I'm using it as a light wrap for my dresses as mother of the groom for the activities leading up to my son's wedding. It's will be hot but cool off and this is light enough to add just enough warmth. Plus it's so pretty! I just recommended it to my friend for the same purpose!
